GT

I forgot to mention that we got a letter a couple of months ago that said Olivia qualified for the gifted and talented program at school. We were so excited! I figured she would qualify, but you never know how the tests will come out...

Olivia is thankful...

She brought this wreath home from school that listed the things she was thankful for. I thought it was adorable!

Bella's now FIVE!

On Bella's "real" birthday, we got up and had our traditional "special" breakfast...Pillsbury cinnamon rolls! Yum! Then, Nana had a surprised planned... She was going to meet Bella at school and eat lunch with her! Bella was SO surprised!!! (What a great gift for a little one--they always think it so great when someone comes to eat with them!)

Since it was a Wednesday (choreography night at the studio), we decided to go pick up some cupcakes to take up to the studio. Bella and I could NOT believe we found Fancy Nancy cupcakes at Kroger!! They were SO PERFECT!

It was then that I noticed, Ms. Kayla (I think...) had written Happy Birthday on the sign in the lobby. Talk about making a little girl feel SO special! :)

The Carnival Party

Saturday, November 13, we had a carnival party for Bella's 5th birthday. I spent a lot of time making the games, and I was really proud of how they turned out. We had a baseball toss, football toss, bone toss, monster munch, gone fishin', ping pong toss, bowling, trampoline jump, fishy lunch, face painting and Olivia was the clown. I was able to borrow a popcorn machine as well. SO FUN!!!

Bellas pics

I took Bella's 5 year old pictures (for her canvas) before she was 5...is that even allowed? ha! But I wanted her in a tall field and did it before everything got cut down (which I am glad I did because the field WAS cut down a couple of weeks later!)

Isn't she adorable?
